Filiberto Andreoli

FIMA’s CEO and Technical Director, Filiberto Andreoli, graduated in Architecture at Università degli studi G. D’Annunzio in Chieti. He was a functionary of city planning office at municipality of Osimo and in 1985 he joined the Order of Architects and from that moment he began working freelance. In 2005 he founded FIMA Engineering srl, a company registered at OICE. He is an expert of every area of the profession, from planning to restoration, from city planning to design, architect Andreoli manages many projects and realisation in public and private contests, both in Italy and abroad.

Maurizio Andreoli

FIMA Principal partner, after classic studies, Maurizio Andreoli graduated in Architecture at I.U.A.V Istituto Universitario di Architettura in Venice (university architecture institute) with a thesis on the the Roman Abusive Outskirts and on high-density residential buildings, the latter topic still studied by him. During his degree, he participated in architecture and design contests both in Italy and abroad. After graduation, he worked in Vienna at the Jadricarchitects studio where he analyzed cases related to the design of building with low energetic consumption and participated in international design contests. Since 2005 he has been a permanent member of the FIMA project team as principal partner, founding together with Filiberto Andreoli the “MULTIDISCIPLINARY OFFICE FOR ARCHITECTURE”: a study that includes architecture, engineering, design, systems, economics and consulting. Expert in three-dimensional modelling programs, rendering, video editing and audio, he is interested in photography, music and contemporary city studies with particular attention in the reuse, restoration and redevelopment of disused industrial spaces. Regarding this last subject, he gave lectures in Italy, at the University of Architecture in Belgrade and in Sarajevo; he has lectured in China in particular at the Hunan Normal University Academy of fine arts in Changsha (China) where he was invited to show his work. He became a competent acoustical technician, a certification authority for the ITACA MARCHE Protocol and an expert consultant at CASAKLIMA / KLIMAHAUS (Bolzano). He studied the problems concerning the design of buildings with high energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. From 2020 is certified BIM MANAGER. He is currently personally involved in all FIMA projects abroad, particularly in China, Iraq, Iran and Libya.

Rita Coletta

Rita Coletta graduated with honors in Building Engineering at the Polytechnic of Bari in October 2018. She then began her training course at the Polytechnic University of the Marche, at the end of which, in February 2021, she obtained the title of Master’s Degree in Building Engineering discussing a thesis concerning the “Predimensioning of beam-column nodes in reinforced concrete buildings using nomograms”. In June of the same year, he takes the qualification exam to practice the profession, after which he is enrolled in section A of the Register of Engineers of the Ancona Province. Since October 2021 he has been attending the Master BIM Architecture course organized by the School of Engineering and Architecture, preparatory to obtaining the BIM Specialist certification.

Lorenzo Di Stefano graduated in October 2020 at the “Eduardo Vittoria” Faculty of Architecture in Ascoli Piceno with a final grade of 110/110.
The thesis proposal, carried out within the Villard architectural and urban design seminar, was awarded with an honorable mention. The project focused on the city of Taranto and the redevelopment of the Tamburi district, sadly remembered for being the most polluted district in Italy.
During the course of studies he participates with a working group in a national competition for the design of innovative schools by the MIUR, the proposal was awarded with the second prize.
Always constantly updated, he participates in training courses on 3D modeling and digital representation.
In 2018 he participated in the qualifying course for fire prevention professionals (EX 818) and qualified for design based on fire prevention and protection.

Enrico Maria Vescovo

Bio

Enrico Maria Vescovo graduated at University of Ferrara in 2022, with an experimental thesis focused on the conservative restoration of the “Palazzina Pareschi Monaldi”, through an historical-critical reading of the building, analysis of the vocations for use and restoration proposal of the facade. During the year 2019, he attended the “Universidad San Jorge” in Zaragoza, Spain, thanks to the European Erasmus program. He took his first steps into the working world in 2021 SH architects studio in Ancona  where he collaborated with Giovambattista Padalino and Carla Lucarelli on the design and subsequent construction of a museum set-up at the Villa Mussolini in Riccione, on  occasion of the photographic exhibition by Elliott Erwitt. In 2022 he enrolled in Master  Degree in “Eco-sustainability and Energy Efficiency in Architecture” at the “Eduardo Vittoria” Faculty of Architecture and Design in Ascoli Piceno. Since 2023 he started the collaboration with the FIMA Engineering Srl studio.

Giacomo Palombini graduated with full marks in Architecture at the University of Rome TRE in 2017, with the thesis “Project for the regeneration of urban spaces in the international university district of Greater Paris, the Condorcet campus”, a theme developed in the initial stages at the Sorbonne Universités of Paris.
In 2014 he attended the master’s degree class in Architecture Building and Planning in the Netherlands, at Eindhoven University of Technology.
During the academic period and after his master’s degree he works in architectural design and engineering firms and companies in Italy and abroad. In 2015 he worked at the PFP Architekten studio in Hamburg, approaching issues related to architectural and urban design.
Since 2020 he has been enrolled in the register of Architects of the Province of Macerata.
Since 2021 he has been collaborating with FIMA Engineering Srl.

Bio

Architect and Designer, he received special mentions and awards in many national and international competitions. He’s an expert in 3D Parametric Modeling and Generative Design, conducting advisory activities for major design and architecture studios, companies and training companies.

He makes personal research in the field of design, following a hybridization process between art and design, contaminating digital compositions, traditional production processes, and new technologies.
