Filiberto Andreoli

FIMA’s CEO and Technical Director, Filiberto Andreoli, graduated in Architecture at Università degli studi G. D’Annunzio in Chieti. He was a functionary of city planning office at municipality of Osimo and in 1985 he joined the Order of Architects and from that moment he began working freelance. In 2005 he founded FIMA Engineering srl, a company registered at OICE. He is an expert of every area of the profession, from planning to restoration, from city planning to design, architect Andreoli manages many projects and realisation in public and private contests, both in Italy and abroad.

Maurizio Andreoli

Bio

FIMA Principal partner, after classic studies, Maurizio Andreoli graduated in Architecture at I.U.A.V Istituto Universitario di Architettura in Venice (university architecture institute) with a thesis on the the Roman Abusive Outskirts and on high-density residential buildings, the latter topic still studied by him. During his degree, he participated in architecture and design contests both in Italy and abroad. After graduation, he worked in Vienna at the Jadricarchitects studio where he analyzed cases related to the design of building with low energetic consumption and participated in international design contests. Since 2005 he has been a permanent member of the FIMA project team as principal partner, founding together with Filiberto Andreoli the “MULTIDISCIPLINARY OFFICE FOR ARCHITECTURE”: a study that includes architecture, engineering, design, systems, economics and consulting. Expert in three-dimensional modelling programs, rendering, video editing and audio, he is interested in photography, music and contemporary city studies with particular attention in the reuse, restoration and redevelopment of disused industrial spaces. Regarding this last subject, he gave lectures in Italy, at the University of Belgrade and in Sarajevo. He became a competent acoustical technician, a certification authority for the ITACA MARCHE Protocol and an expert consultant at CASAKLIMA / KLIMAHAUS (Bolzano). He studied the problems concerning the design of buildings with high energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. He is currently personally involved in all FIMA projects abroad, particularly in China, Iraq, Iran and Libya.

Antonio Mastria

Architect

Bio

Architect Antonio Mastria graduates in 2016 in engineering class 4/S at Università degli studi of Basilicata – DiCEM, with thesis on planning city on urban regeneration of industrial abandoned area and in particular on SIN in Tito (PZ). During his degree he studied at l’Univesitat de les illes Balears in Spain with the Erasmus program. After graduation he took part in the Erasmus for traineeship program and a successive collaboration in Paris at architectural study sas Torres Garcìa arts & architecture where he studied issues related to urban planning in high-density areas, participated in national and international design contests and increased his compositional skills and graphic representation for architecture. He is particularly interested in the development of urban regeneration projects and low environmental and landscape impact design. In 2017 he enrolled in the Order of Architects of the Province of Potenza in the section A. In the same year he began his collaboration with FIMA.

Elisa Caporaletti

Bio

Elisa Caporaletti graduated in Architecture at the Univaersità of Camerino in 2014, with the thesis “upside down city. The waterways of Ancona between project and history”, research aimed to increase the value of the city centre through the recovery of the ancient waterways hidden in the subsoil (Honorable mention at the XXIV International Seminar and Award of Architecture and Urban Culture – Camerino, 2014 and publication in the volume ARCHITETTURAeCITTA ‘).
The themes of recovery and revaluation of artistic and architectonic assets, as qualitative elements of a place, have an important role in her design philosophy. During the academic period and after graduating she participated in various architecture contests, she attended technical and design training workshops. In 2013 she worked in the Studio Pattu Architecture of Istanbul and in 2015 in Malta at the Studio Stefania Schembri Design, dealing with interior design and museum installation themes. Since 2016 she is registered at Order of Architects of Province of Macerata and has worked as a freelancer, collaborating with many architectural firms. Since 2017 she has been collaborating, permanently with FIMA Engineering srl, where she works as Quality Manager Assistant and BIM Manager, deals with architectonics design, research of design solution and architectural contests.

Gianluca Nicoletti

Bio

Gianluca Nicoletti, attended the Tecnical istitute of Surveyors “A.D. Bramante” in Macerata and graduated in Architecture at the” G.A. D’annunzio “of Chieti-Pescara with a thesis in digital design developing the urban redevelopment project of a disused area on the Marche coast. During university period he participated in the “Villard” itinerant design seminar and collaborated with the Principi of Macerata architectural firm.
Since 2008 he has worked steadily with the FIMA studio as a project architect specializing in the design of residential and commercial buildings. He enrolled in Order of Architects in 2009, planners, landscapers and conservators of the province of Macerata. He achieves the qualification for Safety Coordination during the planning and execution phases on building sites. Since 2013 he is enrolled in the register of experts and technical consultants at the Macerata’s Court. He is interested in energy saving and he obtained the Junior Casa Clima Expert diploma at the Casa Clima agency of Bolzano.
He took part in the activities for the damage and viability survey of the earthquake in Lazio, Umbria, Abruzzo and Marche 2016/2017.
Passionate about design and representation, he participates as freelance in various competitions not only in the architectural field, alternating between the design of furniture, graphics and industrial products.

Gianluca Brandoni

Engineer

Bio

Thermomechanical Engineer, graduated at the Polytechnic University of the Marche, he is enrolled in the Order of Engineers of Ancona with n. A3472. He is a designer of systems for civil and industrial buildings (heating, air conditioning, mechanical ventilation, electrical, lighting, domotics). He also deals with systems, renewable sources, energy certification, design and consulting for the buildings construction with low energy consumption, energy efficiency, containment of energy consumption in civil and industrial field, noise impact assessments and acoustics in building, incentives for restructuring and energy saving . He is in possession of specialization course in Fire Prevention (art 1 law December 7, 1984 No. 818), recognized and registered in the ‘List of Professionals of the National Fire Brigade Code AN03472I00574. He is a competent technician in environmental acoustics and construction, recognized and included in the Marche regional list (pursuant to Law No. 447/95) approved by Decree of the Director of the Position of Public Works and Air Quality Function n. 19 / LPQ of 09.03.2012. he is a certifier of environmental energy sustainability of buildings (ITACA Protocol) recognized and included in the regional ITACA catalog Marche n. 248.

Ruggero Droghetti

Bio

Architect and Project Manager, he is enrolled in the professional Order of Ancona, he regularly participates in national and international design and reviewing seminars. He attended the master’s degree in Architectural Design at Aalborg Univesity and developed his thesis at the Universidad de Belgrano of Buenos Aires. After he graduated with honors at the University of Camerino in 2013. During his studies he collaborated as a teaching assistant at the University of Camerino and with the senior curator for architecture at the MAXXI in Rome. He joined a group of research on port fronts regeneration and he was an author of articles in international publications. He began his professional activity at local architecture firms of reference, and then, he worked for a year at the Superpool studio in Turkey where he was also responsible for the Istanbul Design Biennial 2014, for the Studio-X Istanbul of Columbia University and for a competition with invitations of the Design Museum in Tel Aviv.
Since 2015 he has worked as a freelancer and he is nominated as commissioner for the qualifying examination and concludes his specialization at the Architectural Association of London with a research based on the theme of crowd funding in architecture.
From 2016 he started a continuous collaboration with the FIMA firm for which he takes care of different projects; in particular, he worked on the development of management, commercial and residential complexes, in Italy as well as, China, Libya, Iran and Iraq.

Simone Corvella

Surveyor

Bio

Corvella Simone, graduated at the Vanvitelli Angelini Stracca Technical Institute in Ancona as a Surveyor in June 2011, he took the qualification in November 2014, attending an internship at the Associate Firm of Lombardi Paolo Surveyor and Agostinelli Gianni in Osimo (AN) and later in the study of surveyor Loccioni in Ancona. He continued a collaboration with the Loccioni studio, managing all the design phases, from the survey carried out on the spot, passing through the presentation of the practice in municipal, up to the presentation of the cadastral changes. From November 2017 he collaborates with the FIMA studio.
